Resistance training (fantastic class for those Menopausal Peri or Post)

This Low impact class encourages you to use the intensity that suits your ability. A low impact class doesn't involve anything to strain the joints. Use hand weights if you have them or alternatively just body weight resistance is fine.

In fact everyone needs this class from the disciplined athlete to anyone taking the washing out of the washing machine!! These core exercises will solidify your torso, lengthen your body for better balance, stability and power.
