Pilates such a wonderful discipline - we all need this one!! Correct posture, alignment, increase muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the 'core muscles' of your body) balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body. enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs, improve flexibility.

This Low impact class encourages you to use the intensity that suits your ability. A low impact class doesn't involve anything to strain the joints. Use hand weights if you have them or alternatively just body weight resistance is fine.

This class will benefit you tremendously if you have a problematic back, weak abdominals or tight hips. In fact everyone needs this class from the disciplined athlete to anyone taking the washing out of the washing machine!! These core exercises will solidify your torso, lengthen your body for better balance, stability and power.
