HIIT

Helen will always teach a modified level for those that may want to take it at a slower pace. But as the name suggests high-intensity interval training (HIIT) it can be challenging. It takes your cardio workout to another level, as you push your pace out of your comfort zone.. You’ll work up a sweat , working at the level that suits you and then backing off for a slower recovery period, followed by another round of high intensity.(or low intensity if you prefer – its better to something -better than nothing !) You’ll lose weight, build muscle, and boost your metabolism. Plus there’s a post-workout bonus: Your body will continue to burn calories after you exercise.
Bums Legs & Abs
This class is a TOTAL body workout! Focusing on those hard to sculpt areas, and get the lower body you’ve always dreamed of as well as shaping &toning the upper body. Suitable for any level, for Men & Women! This class concentrates on burning fat and toning the body. These conditioning classes are a great way to firm up and ensure your fitness levels improve and can help you to maintain a healthier lifestyle. From toning these major muscle groups and getting a great workout to improving your circulation and getting blood and oxygen around the body to the muscles more quickly, workouts involving your Bums & Legs and Arms & Abdominals are ideal for those of you looking to indulge in a low to moderate intensity exercise regime that will help you to condition your body into the shape and size you would prefer it to be. Get the flat stomach, tight bottom and firm thighs you’ve always wanted and start looking and feeling great now.
